Pairs with Spindrift Cellars Pinot Gris
Ingredients:
10 oz. defrosted peas
1 clove of garlic- chopped
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/3 cup olive oil
Cherry tomatoes, cut in ½ for garnish
Directions:
1. Mix all together in a food processor
2. Chill until ready to use
3. Spread on crostini slices
4. Top with ½ cherry tomato
