Fresh Local Katahdin Market Lamb

from Compton Family Farm

Our pasture-raised Katahdin market lambs enjoy a happy life in the pastures and vineyard of the Compton Family Farm, where we take care to raise them in a safe, healthy environment. The finished product is a mild tasting (not gamey!) and flavorful meat which is lean and high in nutrients.

Buying bulk will save you money and give you control on how your lamb is processed. It is a great way to try every cut of lamb available and it will not overwhelm you or your freezer.

Your lamb will be cut to your specifications, packed, labeled, and frozen
