This Club release features three wines perfectly suited to transitional spring weather: Estate Rosé, Red Pinot Gris, and Ramato. Pair these pink to orange hued wines with just about anything on your table. Classic Garden Series Chardonnay pairs well with Dungeness crab cakes, buttery seafood, chicken, egg dishes and anything creamy! Our carefully hand-crafted Pinot Noirs are a delight with dishes with duck, salmon, lamb, mushrooms, or a fresh salad with beets and goat cheese. Hoot & Howl Cabernet Sauvignon can stand up to heavier fare like a nice steak or grilled Portabello mushroom – try a cheesy polenta on the side. We’d love to hear about (and see) what foods you like to pair with Compton Wines. We love food – can you tell?
Please watch our emails and Facebook posts for information about exciting developments at the winery over the next few months. We sincerely appreciate your support and hope you enjoy the special Compton Wines we have selected for you in our spring release.
