Our Estate Pinot Noir grapes from Compton Family Farms vineyard were intentionally harvested earlier to make a fine Rosé of Pinot Noir. Fermented in our Concrete Egg with a long a slow process to retain fruit aromas and flavors. Earthy and fresh with aromas of crisp wild strawberry and a touch of lily. Delicate mouth feel of Gala apple and a pretty soft hint of watermelon. Great freshness and focused with good structure.
