AMAL, the Alaskan Malamute Assistance League, is the national rescue organization for Alaskan Malamutes within the U.S. It consists of independently-run affiliate malamute rescues throughout the country. AMAL works towards the support of these affiliates to provide remedial assistance which may include non-standard medical aid, transportation coverage, foster care and other help in special seizure situations.

The Alaskan Malamute Club of America (AMCA) allows AMAL to fund raise at the annual National Specialty Show and honor our regional adopters. A portion of these wine sales will help support AMAL’s efforts. AMCA is a major sponsor of AMAL in support of malamute rescue.
