Rosé of Pinot Noir 2021
We intentionally harvest Pinot Noir a little bit earlier to make our bright, crisp Rosé. Half of the fruit is whole cluster pressed and the other half is soaked on the skins overnight. This vintage offers hints of fresh strawberries, depicted in the charming wildflower bouquet on the label. You’ll fall in love with the balance of rich depth and refreshing crispness. Rosé is best served slightly warmer than fridge temperature, between 49-55 degrees F.

Orange Gewürztraminer 2021 
Our Orange Gewürztraminer has a lovely apricot hue from the peachy-pink color of Gewurztraminer grape skins. Take time to savor the heady bouquet of lychee, honeysuckle, and stone fruit. You may expect sweetness, but this wine is bone-dry with zero residual sugar. Best served at cellar temperature 55-65 degrees F.

Ramato 2020
Ramato is the name of this style of wine, originating in Northeastern Italy where Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris) is left to macerate on the skins, creating a lovely auburn hued wine. Our Ramato is made with Pinot Gris from our vineyards in the Willamette Valley, left to sit on the skins before aging in neutral oak barrels and has a balance of subtle sweetness and savory earthiness.. Best served at cellar temperature 55-65 degrees fahrenheit.
